- 176 grams Baby Tomatoes
- 54 grams Sweetcorn
- 31 grams Promegranate
- 80 grams seedless Raisins
- 40 grams Peanuts
- 32 grams Sunflower seeds
- 32 grams Pumpkin seeds
Method
- Prepare pomegranate seeds ready for use
- Deseed sweetcorn
- Dice/cube Cucumber & Coloured Capsicums
- Slice Baby Tomatoes into quarters
- Mix all of the ingredients in list above in a bowl
- Serve with Sweet Red Chutney and Hot Green Chutney or Petis / Idli
