Ingredients

Method

  1. Grate the courgette and chayote into a mixing bowl
  2. Dice the tomato, avocado and capsicums and add to the mixing bowl
  3. Deseed the sweetcorn and pomegranate and add to mixing bowl
  4. Add fresh lime juice and mix well
  5. Serve the salad on a plate and sprinkle some sesame seeds and black pepper OR sprinkle some sesame seeds and small coconut chips
