Ingredients
Raw Curry
- Butternut Squash
- Tender Beans
- Tomatoes
- Avocado
- Linseed/ Flaxseed oil
- Turmeric
- Rock Salt
- Corriander Seeds
- Cumin Seeds
- Small Amount of Garam Masalo
- Small Green chilli
Side Salad
- Cucumber
- Sugar Snap Peas
- Tomatoes
- Coloured Capsicums
- Lime Juice
Method
Raw Curry/ Shak/ Sabji
- Grate Butternut squash into a mixing bowl
- Add Finely slice beans to the mixing bowl
- Chop some tomatoes into the mixing bowl
- For the Curry Sauce blend the following items till smooth: avocado, tomato, chilli, linseed oil (about 1 tablespoon or less per person) with the spices (turmeric, rock salt, cumin seeds, corriander seeds and some garam masalo)
- Add the sauce to the cut vegetables in the mixing bowl
Side Salad
- Cube the cucumber into the salad bowl
- Open the sugarsnap peas to check no insects inside. If OK then slice and add to the salad bowl
- Finely slice the capsicum and add to the salad bowl
- Chop the tomato into the slad bowl
- Add lime juice to taste and mix the salad thoroughly
- Enjoy with the Raw Curry
