Ingredients
Fruit Salad
- Pears
- Apples
- Strawberries
- Blueberries
- Cherries
Omega3-Rich Ice-Cream
- Frozen bananas
- Blueberries (not frozen)
- Linseed (flaxseed) oil (best to use cold-pressed as it has more nutrients)
Method
Fruit Salad
- Cube the apples and pears and add to a mixing bowl
- Slice the strawberries (keep a few for decoration at the end) and add to the mixing bowl
- Add some blueberries to the mixing bowl
- Mix the fruit salad in the mixing bowl and put into serving bowls
Omega3-Rich Ice-Cream
- Add the frozen banana and blueberries to a blender
- Add some linseed oil and blend the mixture to make ice-cream (your blender needs to be strong enough to work with frozen fruit otherwise it may get damaged)
Combine
- Add the ice-cream to each serving bowl
- Decorate with cherries and strawberries
Serve
- Enjoy immediately!
